Remedy
Your sounds they always calm me,
Your touch puts me at rest,
And every time,
From day-lit shine,
You come at my behest.

You let me sleep so soundly,
As you echo in the night,
Forte clashing in the silent dark,
Yet fills me with delight.

But then the sun will always rise,
To start a brand new day,
I hear your distant quiet cries,
As you fade away.

So I wait for you tonight,
To ease my woes away,
And listen to,
The softened tune,
Outside my windowpane.
