Here I sit again
with a patient I know all to well
tired of living with pain
and wanting to break free from her shell

I have documented almost every part of her life
and every time she felt stabbed in the heart with a knife
I would find away to bring hope alive
So she could find a new reason to stay alive

I have studied her behavior
I have done research on it all
We find reasons which lie behind
and a new enthusiasm for life
She would find.

I prescribed her antidepressants
it lasted a year
then making a short desperate appearants again years later
her problems showed no disappearance

I have now prescribed concerta
she is so excited about this one
I hope this is a start to a new future
and finally after a hard journy
we can be done

I being the only to make efforts
and not reassure with empty words
I wish her soul to be free
and that patient is me
