Through the night I faced my fears each step forward cost me tears...

Yet in the depths I found a spark a glimmer in the endless dark...

The Dark Night of Soul sought to break my will
but through the pain I learned to heal...

If you choose to ignore your ego will not be restored..

So very painful as Hell was knocking at my Front Door...

The light within I did not see was always there waiting in me...

Darkness becomes LIGHT surrender trust the process confess your sins as new life begins...

Release what no longer serves a purpose a false narrative that made you feel worthless...
