So today last year around this hour,
You left without saying goodbye,
I thought I was going to see you again...
I thought we were going to have our conversations...
How I miss you dad..
How I wish I could be talking to you right now,
Telling you how much I love you, how much you mean to me...
They say tears will dry, but I guess mine are abnormal because they just can't.....
Everyday the wound is fresh, everyday feels like the day you left...
I had so much hope, so many places and activities I wanted us to do together....
If only wishes were horses us the beggers might have ridden....
How could you just give up like that, how could you really not think about us....
At least you could have fought to stay longer
I miss you Dad...
You are irreplaceable.
I would do anything possible to spend even just a second with you.
