THE RESCUE
And there,
When I was about to fall,
Life out of my limbs,
Breath out of my lungs,
Holding on, to an unhappy yet hopeful existence,
It took off; my mind…

Skillfully navigating it's way
Through the threatening seas of doubt,
Gliding through the dense forests of noxious normacy, as if a snake through water,
Battling the monstrous storms of the
Blows of disappointments…

And it was with me at last,
It's smiling face conjuring out of thin air,
Taking its place suddenly but with grace,
Between me and the devil standing with open arms, inviting me into the enticing lands,
Of surrender.
