Your stare makes me uncomfortable
for reasons that I wish I knew
I find my eyes drifting anywhere but yours anytime I'm talking to you
the clear reflection of your eyes become like windows into mine
for mere seconds of contact
I feel our souls align
it's impossible to know what this feeling is
after I look away
all I know is it makes me uncomfortable
but not in a bad way
I hate it because it confuses me
it fills me with poems of emotion
I wish your eyes could tell me what they want instead of causing all this commotion
