Life has been like a book of shelf
With the ups and downs
It has never been really pleasant
But they say it is the very uncertain times you know your friends.

I’ve been treated otherwise because of the so called word “TRUST”
Trust has been both an enemy and a friend
Those whom you think will never betray you are the worse to rely on.

It is true that through adversity we find our strength
But at that difficult point in time one can easily give up
Sometimes the strength fails us

In this modern day of humiliation and discomfort
Someone is likely to be mocked and oppressed
Gone are those days wer success was not as fatal as this
Many are driven by the ways of life.

Everybody wants to go the great beyond cos of money
The youths now ignore the teachings of the elders
They have all decided to indulge in the ways of evil
Some finally decided to dine with the devil

Forgotten that the devil will always take back what he gave
No matter what life has given us, we must always prove we are ready to strike back
With hope and prayers.

Life will treat us in a way we never expected,
But what are we going to do?
We just need to be patient
So that we will not see the other side of life.
Or we end of living a regretful life
Patience is a strong virtue.
