Please don’t judge me because I’m still in bed,
it’s just the only place where I have a clear head.

And yes I know I should get out…
it’s just the only place where I have no doubt.

So why would I leave the place that makes me feel so clear?
The one place where I have no fear.

Because when I’m in bed my minds at ease,
and it’s like all time will freeze .

Except then reality sets in and my feelings I can no longer avoid..
and soon I start to spiral and my peace is destroyed.

Then remember why I’m still laying around-
So I lie my head back down.

Thus here I am, still in bed
all because I needed to clear my head.
