Seeking solace in the unknown,

Lost in a sea of anxious thoughts,
Feeling as though I'm tied in knots,
Fighting to survive, but feeling overwhelmed,
THIS IS A SILENT PLEA FOR HELP!

In the shadows, my tears flow,
Where they're allowed to freely go,
My soul craves a safe haven,
THIS IS A SILENT PLEA FOR HELP!

I yearn for a flicker of hope,
A chance to break free from this slope,
To find inner peace and restore my soul,
THIS IS A SILENT PLEA FOR HELP!

I beg for someone to hear my cry,
To help me find a reason why,
To guide me through this darkened maze,
THIS IS A SILENT PLEA FOR HELP!

In this poem, I express my pain,
The struggle I face, the burdens I sustain,
Hoping that someone will lend a hand,
THIS IS A SILENT PLEA FOR HELP!

I seek an escape from this endless strife,
A chance to reclaim a meaningful life,
To break free from the weight that smothers me,
THIS IS A SILENT PLEA FOR HELP!

I yearn for a moment of respite,
A chance to rewrite my own plight,
To find strength in vulnerability,
THIS IS A SILENT PLEA FOR HELP!

In the depths of my despair,
I hope that someone will be there,
To pull me from this darkness deep,
THIS IS A SILENT PLEA FOR HELP!

I cry silently for understanding,
For someone to see my heartrending,
To offer a word of comfort and solace,
THIS IS A SILENT PLEA FOR HELP!

In this silent plea, I reveal my pain,
