Concrete Monsters and the carcass....
Beneath the foundation of the tall concrete monsters will lie the carcass...

Long gone the time when we say we have a green past. Now that past had passed away leaving nothing but a huge trail of brick and mortar which is serving on the flesh and bone of nature. The next generation will be witnessing this act of glorification of the concrete monsters under which will be lying the carcass of our past.

It was the 20s era or before that you can say 90s,  80s, 70s ...
When 10 or more than 10 people use to live under 1 roof, sharing everything from rooms, bathrooms, kitchen to happiness, sadness and well being.

Now the scenario has changed we have huge rooms, lavish amenities, Alexa has replaced grandmother's stories, We feel more comfortable sharing our emotions on social networking sites than sharing with people whom we call family.

The face of the Earth is dramatically shifting in every way possible. We are paying to get fresh oxygen by making a trip to the wilderness. Same time we are  also paying for the real estate in terms of investments or making homes and then feel sad to look at the view from the balcony where we see handful of nature in the form of trees cursing us for killing their family.

The place where I live has no story now because all the stories are gulped by the concrete monsters which are coming one after another and consuming the future. There are 50 buildings constructed back to back with no space for park, no garden, no fun. FYI only 30% of them are occupied. The government is playing it's part well by announcing rules which says for every one tree cut 10 more will be planted.
My question is where?
Is there any space left?

The pollution level is changing everyday. Monsoon denies to enter the landscape. Most of the places are declared drought areas. Water level is decreasing.

Endangered species are getting extinct and others are on the verge of becoming endangered. The other day I read about pandolins a species of mammal found in Africa and I was shocked to see that 34000 of them have to be killed to get a few grams of their nails which have medicinal properties. Now it's for us to think is this justified? First we are attracting diseases by our own deeds then we are killing these rare animals for saving our lives. The question has it's own depth how much that depends from person to person.

With so much real estate around still people are homeless sleeping on roads. People are still fighting for food and water though the generation of AI has begun. So where are we heading to?

The traffic on tourist sites are increasing leading to deaths in few sites and this is not enough with fruits and vegetables grown in chemicals we are welcoming the lifestyle diseases too.

The most painful part is despite of knowing all these we are still craving for more. The more here can be money, fame and other materialistic possessions.

The huge concrete designs are creating a huge impact in our lives both positively and negatively. How much of positive and negative that we have to decide.

But the day is coming soon  probably after few years when there will be nothing left except the colony of these monsters underneath which will lie the tragic stories of us-' Humans'.
