My mind is FlippiN
HoldiN on tight but ain't SlippiN
Working days in and out
Up Around the clock
It just doesn't stop
Bills...Bills..Bills..
Collections blowing my fone up
And what not
There's a war being fought
For freedom from this financial onslaught
I'm all caught up in its wash
Its got me flippin and going nuts
Times like these can be rough
Life can be tough
It can be a MF just to be blunt
TryiN not to get in a funk
TryiN not to talk too much JuNk, but wTF
Some days it's just too much
I get all twisted up and stuff
Enough is enough...FukkiN Ummmmph
Lord gimme the strength to keep up
Lord gimme a sign
time for me to step up
Gotta keep my spirits up
Only person gonna save me is me
That's what's up
Gotta be my own superhero see
Being the Director, Producer,
actor in my story
I give God all the praise and glory
As I step to the plate, not sorry
WorkiN for yourself can be scary
It is not for the weak or weary
You gotta stay hungry
Nothing in life comes easy
You gotta get yours seriously
Otherwise you'll be left starving
Lord knows Imma die trying
Life can be tough I aint lying
Getting caught off guard can be trying
So I stay on my toes fighting
Eyes on the horizon
Never let em see you sweat
Is what I am implying
It's all about what you project
When a good impression
is all you have left
God has my back so I steam ahead
So no worries here...not a fret
I just do me and there I am content
Thank you Lord for such strength
Believe it or not I am blessed
