The weekend is behind me
now Monday and just day four
Strange how it seems
some time's been spent
on these warm and dusty shores
I've seen how some can look at me
showing how they know
that I do not speak their language
am puzzled and bewildered by the show
But I can adjust to Kalamaria
and Thessaloniki also too
I've accepted a new challenge
a new adventure to share with you
It was a difficult decision
but then agreed it would be fine
to enjoy a new adventure
savour the new
and taste the wine
