Two face in the mirror
#MirrorReflections

**Reflections**

In the mirror's silvered gaze I see,
A twin, a specter, staring back at me.
Eyes that hold both laughter and sorrow,
Reflecting dreams of today and tomorrow.

Lines etched upon the brow, a map of time,
Each crease a tale, a rhythm, a rhyme.
The mirror whispers secrets of the past,
Reminding me of moments that didn't last.

Yet in its depths, I find a friend,
Who stays with me until the end.
For in the mirror, clear and true,
I see myself, both old and new.

Reflections dance across the glass,
Moments fleeting, yet they amass.
The mirror shows a face I know,
A journey marked in ebb and flow.

So in this glass, I often peer,
To glimpse my hopes, my doubts, my fear.
For though the image may sometimes blur,
The mirror reflects what I prefer.

But deeper still, beyond the guise,
I find the soul that never lies.
In mirror's light or shadow's cast,
I see myself, at peace at last.
