She's fearless and lovely,
Always there when I need her.
She can be careless,
But never gets tired of cleaning up
and clearing up her mess.

She's resilient,
she bounces back everytime.
I make fun of her sometimes...
look at your thighs, look at your smile
but she smiles still,
nothing seems to break her.

Though she cries sometimes at night,
or silently during the day when no one's watching.
she refuses to give up,
she's resilient, I said.

She goes back to the mirror,
and takes one last look.
She decides and makes up her mind,
that she is what she wants to see.
She is resilient, she is brilliant
She is what she wants to be.
