The Mayfly
The newborn little Mayfly
Knew he would soon die
For his life span was just one day
And he wanted to live it in a new way
His wish was to visit the world in a day
And to fullfill it , it found no way
At last with little hope it flew into a car
With an assumption that it would go very far
The car with the fly inside
Had a long ride
It went to hills with high altitude
And to places with different latitude
It went to Amsterdam
and then to Rome
It went to france
To have its glance
But atlast the vehicle
Was strick by an obstracle
Hit a rock and slipped off the- -mountain road .
It went down and speed
All beacuse of the driver's deed
To the river just below
And the fly's heartbeat went slow
So the fly was dead before the end of a day
Before he could live it in his planned way
But still I hope that one day a fly
Can tour the world before it will die
