Rooting For You
When I think of you
I see you under a shady tree,
Reading your own book
Finding solace in cerulean sea,
Where onced you fear to be near
Rather run and just flee.

Frail soul filled with hope and glee,
Eyes witnessing the beauty,
Reparations to all the cruelties,
Of life played just like in the movies.

As you immerse yourself in its folklore,
Foot landed and just have to explore,
Counting how many steps to attain the highest floor,
The heights that you have never reached before.

Listening to your hearts content,
Just have to reflect and repent,
No more boundaries to hold back,
Light passing through the cracks.

Our world is blue,
And so do you,
But don't lose hope,
Hope is no longer under a microscope.
