Invisible Strings
Holding onto broken hope,
Pulling on invisible strings,
Grasping into nothingness at times,
Just hoping to reach something.
Paddling in a water filled boat,
Exhausted with a strong will,
The water surrounds my jello arms,
But yet i paddle still..
Motivation lies in broken hearts,
The ones that play an abnormal beat,
You can't stop this love after it starts,
It's a love that obstacles can't defeat.
I will paddle the ocean for you,
I will walk through lava stings,
You motivate me to do the best for you,
I'll continue reaching for these invisible strings.....
