Crystal Ball
The night,
the rise of darkness,
In all it glorious blackness.
Drenched the day till it dulled it alertness,
Till all of the Sun is out
and the Moon mounts,
takes it's place, enthroned.

In the sky, a crystal ball
unlike the Sun, a fire ball.
Blazing, heat emitting,
the waters of waters
it vanished into the clouds.
The sweat beneath our pore
it summoned from it core.

The Sun and its heat.
The Moon and its treat.
It weather to the skin cools,
the cold in it cool chills.

Yes, in presence of the Moon
you loose sight.
A wanderer in the dark.
In the black of it fold,
you walk through your hold.
Appreciating the disparity.
That with the Sun
you gain light in it fullness,
but in the moon,
You find support through the night.
