How do you deal with boredom?

Boredom, it might be just a word for some,

But for me boredom, makes me do a lot of crazy stuffs.

When am bored, I find myself dancing to the silent beat that comes from an unknown source, is it in my head?
Or is it in my heart?
I don't know, I just dance to the beat, because the beat gives me this sudden pleasure when I begin to dance to it's tune.
