My mom is suddenly dead
and I can’t believe what I’ve just said
I’m so young and
so was she
There was so much
We were meant to be
Me a wife, a mother
Her a mother in law
and a grandmother
But cancer cut her life too short
Now, she’s suddenly
Dead.
