In the quietest part of the night,
When you hover between dark and light,
Wondering if you can float away on dreams,
Hoping they won't turn into screams,
That will fill the everlasting night,
A time that never seems to end,
Wanting for it to end,
And not wanting it to end,
A gray area in-between,
Of hopes and dreams,
Of monsters and angels,
Of darkness and light,
Eternal as it is woven,
In life,
All beneath,
The moonlight of the night,
