If parallel universe is real
Then I would rather suffer here
If it means giving the best to my other self
Cause god knows how much the other me
deserve all the happiness that comes with existing.

I am fine with my situation at it is.
I am used with all the pain and suffering.
Although it gets to the point where merely
breathing gives me great ache.

I wouldn't just unalive myself.
Maybe because it's that naive
mindset of mine;
Where a variant of me is out there
living their best life.
In exchange of all
the blood and tears I shed.

Or maybe I'm just addicted to pain.

Because no matter how painful it may be.
At least, I am feeling something.
Numbness and peace of mind,
Is too different things yet get often mistaken with the other.
