then you would probably understand.
Your willingness to care & share
Goes far beyond a pen.

I’m grateful for your friendship
And I relish in the arts
The art of your existence
As I peer into your heart.

The pictures that you send me
Truly demonstrates your trust.
It’s laced with correlation
To the one you love and lust.

It’s cognitive connection
to the one you love the most
Or maybe just your artwork
That you love and no one knows.

Either way these words
in which I’ve written down in pen.
Would be easier to express in person…..
If only we were friends.
