It's been raining for hours,
Admired its misty view from the window,
Could hear the wind and the showers,
While you lay your head on my pillow.
The water drops patterning against the pane,
Gauzed the scenery yet effaced pain,
The earthy aroma helped me board memories'
train,
Giving way to a flux of emotions but your eyes did train my brain,
Tears brimming my lacrimals retreated,
When your lips grazing against mine made me repleted,
I was not elated,
Rain seemed romantic yet had me faded,
The hues of your presence was enough,
When your scent masked me with love,
Our first rain it was,
Didn't fade my memories but
gave me more of unforgetable and sweet ones!
