It comes out my eyes and arms.
People cause the harm, but it's the world I despise.
Puddles gather in a corner from the tear stained pillow.
As rain tumbles down the window, I cut the wound further.

No one can save me from my feelings down deep.
Every night I cry until I fall asleep.
All the liquid spills as my words start to blur.
The door within me doesn't work anymore.

Hurting myself to make the mental anguish go away.
The pain never ceases to ever stop.
I stare blankly at the falling red drops.
There's nothing more left to say.

Now my emotions have physically chained me.
I am reminded of dark times from the past.
Thoughts of cutting and feeling the sting.
Death becomes the ultimate fantasy.
