Lonely
In solitude I dwell, a world apart,
Where silence reigns, and shadows clutch my heart.
The days grow long, the nights even more,
In this lonely life, I yearn to explore.
A solitary figure in a crowded sea,
Lost in the waves of my own mystery.
No hand to hold, no voice to hear,
Loneliness my only constant, I fear.
But in this solitude, I find my muse,
A canvas of thoughts, a place to choose.
To introspect, to dream, to heal the soul,
Lonely life has its lessons, makes me whole.
So, I embrace this solitary ride,
In the depths of loneliness, I won't hide.
For in the quiet, I learn to be free,
In this lonely life, I discover me.
