I've been staring at this for a while now
I find myself stuck
Pen to paper and not a word written
My inspiration gone
Like the matchsticks light , dimmed
I thought the world of her
Now I feel she keeps slipping away
Experiences , memories no matter how short they were, I hold them dear
Torn between doing more and doing nothing
I think I'll be here for a while
