W&W
I've been told to seek out a therapist

To heal my trauma and get past

In all honesty, writing has helped me cope

The words on the page, are my own little hope

My pen is my therapist, always there for me

Through the ups and downs, it sets me free

Yet there are some who say I should seek more

A professional voice to help me restore

But I also have my weed, a calming peace

A moment of stillness, a sweet release

Through the ups and downs of this battle

Words and herbs have been my faithful saddle.

They lift me up when I'm feeling low,

Ease the pain that I cannot show,

From the page to the smoke, my therapy in full

And when the thoughts get too much to bear,

They remind me that I'm strong, that I'll make it there

So while therapy may be the recommended course

I know that words and weed are my chosen source

Writing and weed have been my therapy

An unconventional rhyme, but it's my reality
