I felt small
Standing in a tall building it consumed me
Swallowed me whole, but that
That was just the beginning
The genesis of the end.
But i was too excited to see
That I'm standing in the middle
Of the belly of the beast, the edge
I'm about to be a feast.
I looked upon those pillars
Like porcelain legs
Holding this monster high, such pride
I didn't know my future was about to stand trial
I thought, finally I'm going to build my tomorrow
A future I was proud to look into
How can hell looks so good?
Now that I think about
All that is bad looks good
All that is good don't look so appealing
I fell for seduction
Thought I'd finally made it
Little did I know I was going to war
I had no Armour I was not even a soldier
Each day I woke up I knew
The fight continues.
I had to gather my strength
And in the belly of this beast
I was not prepared
