It's just the way it is...
In my world what I say goes
Learned from the best
Took lessons from the pros
I'm the alpha dog in my domain
That's just the way the wind blows
I keep people on their toes
Yah I suppose I have a few foes
Life ain't always pretty as we all know
But I do my best to lighten the load
I settle myself
going down this lonely road
Leaving them plenty of clues as I go
Can't say anything is a surprise
You can see the truth in my eyes
I just like things as I do
I spend my money on what I have to
Spend it wisely cause I need to
Can't blow funds on what I want to
Can't say Imma man
of much financial wealth
But I am blessed with some good health
Blessed with a wife...kids
and other means of wealth
The good cards I been dealt
But I've had to put my dreams
onna shelf
Don't get it twisted if nothing else
These things I know as I tighten my belt
Times can be tough
Things can get tight
working for yourself
It's a feast or famine appetite
It's get it now or else
But this is the gamble I'm drawn to
Life is a gamble So what you gonna do
I just can't do the 9-5
I know myself
Cant Live in a cubicle half my life
Can't be cramped inna box
Feel like im hidden under a rock
That to me would be hell
Gotta be able to get out at all times
Gotta be able to be myself
Thinking is always outside the box
What else
Business is Business doors are open
No need to knock
We are open around the clock
As we take this trip around the sun
once again
Know that I'm here
to bring you what you need
So here are some words of wisdom indeed
You can cry in a storm
Or you can dance in the rain
But no matter what
the storm, most certainly,
will always end
And brighter days shall return again
