Behind a pain there's a Joy and
Behind a Joy there's another pain.

I learn to gang up with Joy and pain as my best allies.
I welcome Joy as well as Pain because they are all precious and beautiful.

I Cry to remove pain and
make place for joy as well as I laugh to invite Joy and relief my soul.
Crying or laughing,
what's the difference,
whilst the purpose is the same for each one of both?
Everythings have the same purpose at a moment or another.
Crying and laughing is the same thing and have the same purpose but
with different aspects in their different degrees of manifestations.

Joy and pain are also the same thing.

I cry to relief my heart from pain and
I laugh to lift up my soul and
ascend
in the Joy and light of
unconditional love.

I embrace my pain in Joy and laugh
and I kiss my Joy with pain and tears, for i know what joy is because of pain and know what pain is because of Joy.

Joy and pain are two loving sisters,
each one of two is playing a magnificent and beautiful role in my life.
Joy and pain are rose and thorn in the garden of my life,
I take care of them because they are the beauty and magnificence of my journey.

I'm not afraid of suffering and
I can't miss out every little chance
to be happy.

Behind a Pain there's a Joy
and behind a Joy there's another pain, but above all,
there's unconditional love which is behind every Joy and every pain,
in the realm of peaceful Joy and endless happiness,
Which i call,
SHAMBALLA.
