There was a time, a time I fell in love...
A time I felt on top of the world...
I was in a city and you were in another...
And we couldn't do without each other...
I became obsessed..
Reading into sweet things you never said...
You promised you'd wait for me.
Till I come home to you....
And I held you in my heart,
I was full of hope..
But then it was all shattered..
Your calls reduced, you no longer called me "Baby".
You post other girls and compare
me to every one you knew...
You said you didn't love me, you never did...
Then I realized I have been blinded...
Living in a fake world of you and me.
