I've been meaning to find the words of appreciation for them for so long and looking at them now as they wiggle in response, here I may go...

I see them every rising,
in my practice, we check in
and say hello, loyal servants
I say where I want to go
and so there they take me
by my will they are
and understanding as everything
else tick on, I overstand them
do my best not to over demand
them.

Today, they are a dirty brown ~ grey
worn tough, cut from the brush
and I believe we both like it that way
Here we are, been with me
together every second every day
