Couldn’t have felt that much more low!

Hating myself seemed like the way to go!
Lost myself kind of slow!
Fought to stay who I was blow for blow!

Thought I was fine but truly you didn’t know!
It wasn’t a person but my mind that was my own personal foe!
Ready to wrap this life all up in a bow?

Want me to just go with flow?
That instead I’ll choose to forego!
My answer is a resounding no!

If I can’t become the person I used to be again then I’m done fighting this internal conflict of war!
It’s too late I’ll never be the person I was before!
Yet always asking me for more!

Any other time I existed you were always ready to ignore!
