staring at a starry sky,
when a star was falling down
i heard it talking to the sky,
"oh darling,
let me go.
we weren't made for each other,

i smiled,
it reminded me of you...
guess what? the next day,
the sun didn't shine, clouds were deep grey,
and they lied
that the sky never regrets losing a star.

i stood in the rain till the evening's nine.
its love never died.
it never rained, the sky cried.
