See, I've been wrestling with reality
Wondering when my sanity will come back to me
And why mankind isn't this happy family
I was lost in the sands of time
Trapped in a cage with nothing but these words left to rhyme
Looking up to the sky for a sign of God's mind
I wonder what I'll leave behind once it's the end of my Time
I've been locked in a cell
Sometimes before we reach Heaven we must go through Hell
I was abandoned and forgotten like Joseph when his brothers lowered him into the empty well
Everything I do is for my love for this world
If I fail then my sons will prevail
