I stepped out of my room
and stood on my balcony,
Just to get a glimpse of the last dusk,
and feel the beginning of the dawn;
I felt the breeze over my body
Yet I yawn!
I looked around for the serene and tranquil ambience;
When Birds were twittering,
signalling to wake up,
And yes, I am awake to cherish this moment;
When the golden ball rises with its enchanting powerful spread;
Embracing the moment with everyone
with its warmth;
Henceforth, there is more liveliness in the atmosphere,
Where variant colours of butterflies are encountered,
While the bees are buzzing around in the breeze,
Waiting for the flowers to blossom,
Peacocks too join the morning alarm,
of welcoming the sun;
And I hook my eyes to the gleaming gentle warmth of the supreme;
Praying for a beautiful day while
having dawning fun!
