How shall i describe in words,
mere words are not enough,
how shall i pledge my thoughts,
To stop thinking of the girl this man loves.

my feelings have been cumulative ,
all through this passage of time ,
my life have had rough patches ,
I wonder if you were a sedative ,
reason to which your words just always made me calm,
made my mind stop and made all the pain numb.

Its my egregious to put you in sight of my ignorance,
I know i made mistakes and it's your right to take offence,
On our divergent paths in our clandestine love ,
we obfuscate our feelings and made it worse.

But after all these years of reminisce and guilt,
I know you are waiting for me still,
and i dream of you and i dream of us ,
I hope you still have my photograph , things and stuff .

On the sunrise of a new day ,
I was waiting for her with hopes ,
and there she is , in her beautiful dress , wearing that beautiful smile ,
and there she is keeping my hopes alive,
and there she is kissing and hugging me uptight.
