The woman awoke and could not see
She had no idea where she could be
The air was cold upon her skin
The dress she wore was very thin

She lifted her hand to touch her face
To remove the blindfold that was in place
Her arms and legs, they were not bound
She stood up, her bare feet made no sound

The room was dark and very small
And on the left a door in the wall
Reaching the door, she turned the knob
She found it locked, and began to sob

Her mind was foggy but started to clear
And with that came the pain and fear
So many thoughts went through her mind
Her quest for a partner who's good and kind

She now understood her grave mistake
His innocent demeanor had been so fake
The man was quick with his attack
Experience and skill he did not lack

Now on her knees for help she prayed
Wished to take back the decision she'd made
She stared at the door and awaited her fate
The return of the monster, of her blind date
