Frozen
Passionfruit
And Ice volcanoes
The moons around Saturn
I ricochet between thoughts
And emotional contradictions
What was I thinking
Kalokagathia
The personified spirit
Lawlessness
And poor civil order
Daimonia
A catastrophic realisation
It hurts
When I’m with you
And torturous
When you’re gone
What to do with these feelings
Biocentrism
Do I not have my value
I have no wish for revenge
But hope somewhere someday
You will feel me
In the breeze
That surrounds you
Yet find me nowhere to be found
A ghost in the machine
Cauterised and desensitised
Numbed by the torment
Desperate to move on
But malevolently
Held back
Torturing myself
If we ever meet again
You would find in my eyes
That a part of you
That you left me for
I’ve held on to her
Covetously
A tangential relationship
Off the wall
Like Michael Jackson
Dancing for fun
But yet to be happy
Lying to my heart
An unyielding yearning
To be conjoined again
Separation it’s uncoupling
My soul
I am lost for words and
Lost to the void
The chasm
You left me with
A dark abyss
