My Country
I'm scared I might come back home in a body bag,
As my country has now become an unsecured ground,
Where killings, injustice and looting stands,
Where youths have come together to fight for their last chance,
Where the people's eyes have finally become open to the politicians ludicrous plans,
Where they government have covered there ears to the people's cry,
Where every were I go I keep hearing #endsars,
Where a little girl wants to change the world but she's stuck in her room solving maths,
Where a little boy wants to rule the world but he's in a cell been blamed for a crime that he didn't hatch,
Where men dream of a world that is white but it can't and that's just fact.
