Benedict Arnold
The world taught me kindness
but humanity showed me countless of malevolence and betrays
You'll end up weeping in the depth of darkness
thinking why it turned that way?
I stood beside his genesis
Sharing my tiny shed during his gloomy days.
We both embrace tightly by sorrow
I was drowned and out of breath
But still I lifted him to rose from his lowest lows
Without expecting any from it.
There, I was sinking ,fighting to win back my path
Sinking and sinking from the deepest part of embers for him to rise above.
Alone, I seek my own self
In the remnants of fire that once roared inside my chest.
But he blew it out
When He saw that my light is a threat.
He besmirched my name
Dispersed the fire while its just starting to blaze.
And He showed to the world where we stood
That I'm just a wasted ashes
Not meant to ascend in the sky like smoke.
Oftentimes deception and envy lies beneath treasured comrad's eye
Whom you have known since before you unearthed ignorance and innocence
It sneaks and writhes like a venomous snake
The curiosity and pain of bite will make you wide awake.

And at night you ask the cieling while the tears cascades ,
Why flowers do bloomed together
But neither of them boast if whose the best,
Whose blossoms are the sweetest
Who is the most visited by the bees
Instead, they just bloom together
Coloring the Earth and never compete.
