Amidst trouble and sorrows you've been in
You stay unwavering to the feeling of anguish
Let your heart be tranquil like the flow of the river
Heartaches and worries should be left behind
Needing to feel something gets out of hand whenever I try
It makes me so confused like my head is in the cloud
In the depths of night, tears silently fall,
Each drop an echo of a shattered soul's cry,
I seek the ability to go on steadfast not to worry
But beneath the pain, a flicker of hope I see
I look into the mirror just to see me staring back at me
I have to look from the inside out, telling me
Only pursuing my search for inner peace
I seek the truth that sets me free
In pursuit of inner peace, my soul's eternal decree
