The door to tomorrow,
Opens in the shadows of today,
So brush aside the path of sorrow,
And make your way,
No one said it was gonna be easy.
But you got to start somewhere,
Easy does it, no need to rush.
Keep your spirits high,
even when old memories comes for a visit.
You always hear them say;"one day at a time",
Now you know wot that's all about.
Be inspired for yourself,
if for no one else.
Tomorrow's door is wide open for you to step through.
No history there, yet...
So, no past only a blank open space to step into.
Wotever bad has happened ran it's course,
not too say bad things wouldn't happen again,
but you need to learn too stay the course.
Don't jump the gun,
take everything at the pace you're most comfortable at.
Pursue your journey that lies ahead.
Whatever and wherever it may lead,
don't you dare stop for any obstacles that may arise,
for you've faced sorrows and fought in wars and battled through things that most wouldn't be able to handle.
So, being scared of a new door with endless possibilities are just not an OPTION.
You rise and You face that door with PRIDE!
For you are someone LIFE tried to BREAK but you persevered,
through every DAMN thing You faced.
