Barbarian
I am a Barbarian,
before I found out that embracing love
is detonating a fully active bomb,
I used to love!
I had never anticipated that what
I had nurtured as my very own remedy
would only lead to the death of me!
That such a great deal of epic mesmerization ever existed.
But now I know, it was made known
to me through the harshest procedure.
And since then I learnt to shield
my already permanently wounded heart from the one I love,
how to become heart selfish.
I learnt how to be a Barbarian---
