I call her Mi Reina, close to my heart,
A friend who's always there to play a part.
I can always run to her for help and aid,
A friend who knows me well, and is never afraid.

I call her Damsel, a friend who lends an ear,
A shoulder to cry on, and a comforting presence near.
Issues may arise, but she never deserts me,
Never turns her back, a true friend, indeed, you see.

I wonder if I saved the brightest star,
In my past life, to have her travel far.
My soul sister, a bond that's strong and true,
A friendship like this, is a gift, shining through.
