Grief, a shadow that creeps
Stealing joy, sowing seeds
Of sadness, despair, and pain
Of loss that leaves us drained.

But in the depths of our sorrow
We find a strength that's borrowed
From the memories we hold dear
From the love that's always near.

We learn to let go of what's gone
To find a new path to walk on
To see the beauty in the rain
To find the light in the pain.

And in the darkness of the night
We see a glimmer of hope, a light
That shines bright, leading the way
Towards a new dawn, a new day.

For grief is not the end, but a start
Of a journey that transforms the heart
Of a soul that finds a way to heal
To rise above, and learn to feel.

To feel the joy that comes with pain
To feel the sun after the rain
To feel the love that never dies
To feel the spirit that always flies.

So let us transcend our grief
And find a new way to believe
That in the end, we'll find our peace
Our souls at rest, our hearts at ease.
