The first time I saw a frog,
The first time I wrote a blog,
The first time I danced in fog,
I remember it all.
The first time I felt free,
The first time I climbed a tree,
The first time I chased a bee,
The first time I scraped my knee,
I try not to forget it all.
Because the first time
Is in the past
And we all know it won't last
Forever as it already passed.
Why does time must go by so fast?
The first time only happens once
No matter how much you dance
You will never get back the chance
To do it just like the first time.
The first time remains a memory
Doomed to be forgotten in a century
Because you're the only one who remembers
Even after a dozen decemberes.
Forgetting would be a crime.
