I sit in the darkness
With all my emptiness
I stare at the sky
And look at my self image
Though filled with self doubt
And lack of courage
I take my next step
With all the hope I have
I question the moon
About coldness of its shade
Though we both r the same
Yet I never fade
This darkness is my peace
And moon in my mate
We sit together alone
