My heart aches for her, all the time
I wish that I could change who I am

But I know that it can never be

But I know that it's just a distant chase

Sometimes I wonder if it's worth the pain
To love someone that I cannot claim
But then I see her and my heart takes flight
And I know that I will love her, every night

So I will love her, from afar
And keep my feelings hidden in a jar
But know that my love for her will never cease
Even though my heart is crying out in peace.
